  1. The prize draw is open to any UK resident, excluding employees of Orange and its agents; their families or any other person associated with it.

  2. The entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions, which, by taking part, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted.

  3. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary.

  4. To enter, simply answer the question correctly. Winners will be chosen at random.

  5. The prize draw will run from 22/10/2007 to 28/02/2008.

  6. The winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries between 22/10/2007 and 28/02/2008, with the draw being overseen by an independent observer. The winner will be notified within 7 days; if within 7 days, the winner cannot be contacted, an alternative winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.

  7. Orange shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, corrupted or mis-transmitted. Proof of submission of your entry is not proof of receipt.

  8. The prizewinner will receive: 1 of 1000 Wind-Up mobile phone chargers each. No cash alternative will be available.

  9. The decision made by Orange is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  10. Orange reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value and, in exceptional circumstances, to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
